Wood Rot Plagues Kansas City Home
This homeowner was looking for new wood shingles and paint for his home. He was impressed by our beautiful showroom and easygoing sales process. He appreciated that our team was never pushy and would only recommend products that he truly needed.
He met with our contractors a couple of times at the showroom and then at his property. It was there when we discovered that the wood rot in his siding was too extensive to paint and he would need all new siding.
James Hardie Siding and Veneer Stone Bring New Life to Home
After the homeowner made his selections, our team went to work. First things first, all of the dated, rotten wood siding was removed and disposed of. Next, our team installed new 7” James Hardie Cedarmill finish lap siding in Khaki Brown with Cobblestone trim, stone veneer to frame the garage doors, and new gutters. We also removed some bushes that were in the way to give a better view of the home’s updated look.
Customer Comes Home to Find His House Renewed
Despite having plans to go out of town, the customer wanted us to get started right away. The project was completed while he was out of town, and so he was very excited to come home to his beautiful new house. What a great homecoming! Where the home was drab and outdated before, now it has a fresh new look and is surely the talk of the neighborhood. The homeowner expressed that he was very happy with the whole process.
