A Kansas City, MO resident noticed that his two-story home was beginning to show severe wear and tear from the area’s harsh winters and wet summers. The wood rot and peeling paint were hurting his home’s curb appeal and jeopardized its structural integrity. Low-Maintenance James Hardie Siding Prevents Future Damage
We began with our thorough process that included assessing our client’s home and discussing his current concerns as well as his wish list for his overhauled exterior. The Kansas City resident was wavering about whether to replace just the sections with wood rot and peeling paint or completely replace the siding. In addition to new siding and the door, we installed new fascia and soffits, 6-inch gutters, two new window sills, and 2 x 6 cedar trim. We further freshened the home’s exterior by repainting the stucco on the front of the house.
